Established in the field of pharmacy, Tajen University has nurtured nearly 10,000 pharmacists over the past half-century. From the Chairman of the National Pharmacists Association to chairpersons of pharmacists' associations in various regions, two-thirds of these leaders are alumni of the university. At the 55th anniversary celebration, Minister of Health and Welfare Chen Shih-chung attended and acknowledged Pingtung University of Science and Technology's contribution to talent cultivation. He also expressed gratitude to pharmacists nationwide for their contributions to epidemic prevention and health education.
